01 Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "juan356," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the juan356 online gaming platform accessible at juan356.co.
- "Platform" refers to the juan356 website, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any software applications provided thereunder.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers a real-money account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
- "Account" means the registered player account held with juan356, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, and promotional credits.
- "Balance" means any real-money funds or bonus credits held in a player's juan356 Account at any given time.
- "Game" refers to any wagering activity offered through the Platform, including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer table games, bingo, keno, and sports betting markets.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by juan356 to a Player subject to separate bonus terms.

- "KYC" means know-your-customer identity verification procedures applied by juan356 in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through juan356, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the juan356 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the juan356 brand, including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and keno.
03 Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain a real-money Account at juan356, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR age-restriction requirements applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
- You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of juan356 or any of its game-provider partners.
- You must not have a currently active self-exclusion on record with juan356 or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
Age Restriction: juan356 strictly enforces the 21+ requirement. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed without notice and all associated funds will be voided. If you suspect a minor is accessing this Platform, contact our support team immediately.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different names or contact details by the same individual, are prohibited. juan356 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and consolidate or void any balances held across such accounts.
juan356 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.
04 Account Rules
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their juan356 login credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
juan356 staff will never ask for your password or full OTP codes via any communication channel. Any request for such information should be treated as a phishing or social engineering attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify juan356 without delay if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any suspected security breach. juan356 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any of your rights under it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will render the Account subject to immediate suspension.
KYC verification may be required at any point during the life of your Account, including but not limited to upon withdrawal request, at a defined Account balance threshold, or upon juan356's reasonable suspicion of identity inconsistency. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by juan356 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
Valid Philippine government-issued identification accepted for KYC includes: SSS ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Postal ID, and UMID.
05 Deposits
juan356 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and BTC. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at juan356's discretion.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared GCash or bank accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the Platform's cashier interface. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
juan356 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network.
Deposits credited in error must be reported to juan356 support immediately. Playing with funds deposited in error does not constitute entitlement to those funds. juan356 reserves the right to recover erroneously credited deposits at any time.
GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit to your juan356 Account within seconds. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon on-chain confirmation as defined per network.
06 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your juan356 Account. juan356 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed. Processing times for verified accounts are as follows, subject to internal review requirements:
- GCash and PayMaya: Typically within fifteen (15) minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- BDO and BPI bank transfers: Typically within the same business day for requests submitted during standard banking hours.
- USDT and BTC: Processed upon on-chain broadcast, subject to network confirmation times.
juan356 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to additional KYC documents, proof of deposit source, or enhanced due diligence documentation as required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests involving bonus-derived winnings will be processed only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempted circumvention of wagering requirements, including placing bets on restricted games or betting patterns designed to satisfy requirements without genuine risk, may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings.
juan356 may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis. Current limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change. High-value withdrawal requests may be subject to extended processing and enhanced verification.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
juan356 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including deposit match bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- Bonuses are available only to Players who are registered, verified, and in good standing with juan356.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once. juan356 reserves the right to limit bonus participation per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
- Bonus amounts must be wagered the stated number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino table games, certain jackpot titles, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are published within each promotion's specific terms.
- If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and before the Wagering Requirement has been met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

- juan356 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the opening of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated wagering between accounts, or exploiting mathematical errors in bonus calculations — is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
08 Game Rules & Fairness
All games offered through the juan356 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical random processes conducted by human dealers under controlled studio conditions. RNG certifications are maintained by independent technical auditing bodies.
Each game has its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility profile. Published RTPs represent theoretical long-term averages across a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Players are encouraged to review game-specific rules before wagering.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or any game error that results in an ambiguous game outcome, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. juan356 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Sports betting markets at juan356 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or officiating authority. In the event of disputes regarding result settlement, the decision of juan356's trading team shall be final, subject to the Dispute Resolution procedure set out in Section 14.
09 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at juan356 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
- Opening more than one Account, whether under the same name, a different name, or through any disguising mechanism including VPNs used to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime or fraud.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate wagering activity.
- Engaging in collusion or chip-dumping in any live dealer or multiplayer game mode.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, mathematical errors, or game glitches to generate illegitimate winnings.
- Using another person's payment instrument, identity document, or Account credentials for any purpose.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to manipulate sportsbook markets through coordinated wagering, arbitrage abuse, or match-fixing activity.
juan356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending or confirmed, without prior notice. Amounts held in suspended Accounts may be withheld pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, juan356 may forfeit the entire Account balance, including real-money funds, and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the juan356 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, game content, graphics, software interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of juan356 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written consent of juan356.
Any unauthorised use of juan356's intellectual property will constitute an infringement of its proprietary rights and may be subject to legal action.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan356 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated winnings.
juan356's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their juan356 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
juan356 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Planned maintenance periods and unplanned technical disruptions may result in temporary service unavailability. juan356 is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that gambling losses are your sole responsibility. juan356 is not responsible for the consequences of any decision to wager.
12 Responsible Gaming
juan356 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account.
- Session Time Limits: Automatic account logout upon reaching a pre-set playing duration.
- Loss Limits: Hard limits on the total amount that may be lost within a defined period.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or permanent exclusion from the Platform.
- Account Closure: Permanent account closure on request, effective within 24 hours of application.

Players who have self-excluded from juan356 must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. Any Account opened in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed and any balance forfeited.

13 Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their juan356 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, all active sessions will be terminated and, provided no active investigations or outstanding wagering requirements are pending, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
juan356 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice at its sole discretion, including where:
- Prohibited conduct under Section 9 is suspected or confirmed;
- KYC verification cannot be completed to juan356's satisfaction;
- The Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms;
- juan356 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction; or
- The Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
In the event of closure due to prohibited conduct, any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation and may be permanently forfeited where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
14 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a payment transaction, a bonus calculation, or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact juan356's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
juan356 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within seven (7) business days. For complex disputes requiring technical investigation, extended timelines apply and you will be notified accordingly.
Any dispute must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered at juan356's discretion.
All disputes will be reviewed against game logs, transaction records, and Platform data maintained by juan356. Where game data and Platform records conflict with a Player's account of events, juan356's records shall be deemed authoritative in the absence of clear evidence of a system error.
juan356's internal dispute resolution process must be fully exhausted before escalating any dispute to an external regulatory body. Relevant regulatory contacts are available upon request from our support team.
15 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the Philippines.
16 Amendments
juan356 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
